WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer Shipping included per our third-party shipping service

Handling time can be between 0 to 3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once orders are shipped or the label is printed, you will receive a tracking number. Please refer to that tracking number for the status of the order. Once received by third third-party shipper, your tracking can take 24 to 48 hrs to update. Thank you - Happie Mushrooms

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We try to ship the same day up to Noon if we can get it out the same day, we will. Fridays, we stop shipping at Noon and don't start shipping again till Monday or the next business day.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Please refer to the tracking information provided automatically by third-party shipping service. If the order is delayed, please know it is out of our hands, and your communication with your carrier is always the best and only approach. If your order is undeliverable due to an improper address or a missing part of your address, there is nothing we can do to help you. Once the order is shipped, it is out of our hands - this is why we ask you to verify that your shipping address is correct.

QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS?

We don’t accept returns or get packages back once shipped - if your package is returned do to incorrect address information that you provided, your package is lost - as mentioned above, you need to contact the carrier asap to try and remedy the situation.
