From our experience a Microdose is different for everyone .10g is great to explore and use daily. .15g is for folks that need a slightly stronger option, it really depends on your needs. MD Caps contain only Golden Teacher mushrooms and are made with Vegan Caps.
The quantity of caps is 35(1/8) or 70(1/4) for .10th of a gram
